« The property was conveniently located at the north end of the Avenue of the Giants, so we were able to make our way from Mendocino up to this point for a night before returning back on the scenic route toward the coast and back down to Sonoma.Very conveniently located to restaurants, casino and micro brewery.We truly enjoyed our stay. »

« Home was very clean and comfortable. However, the couch and love seat need some attention. The cushions are worn (a tad saggy) and the upholstery should be cleaned (pet smell?). The shag rug in the living room also had a stinky pet odor. The house was hard to find at first, but when we made a right turn at the corner we saw the driveway and the house number clearly!. Other than that, it is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. »

« We arrived and the house was a mess with beds stripped and used towels laying around (it is important to note we had not been informed that bringing our own bedding might be necessary, and thus were unable to stay the night). It had clearly not been cleaned since the previous renter despite the fact that we checked in an hour after 4. Moreover, the house did not smell good and the bathmat was visibly very dirty. « This was a lovely little place to stay. Close to town. It was very clean and seemed to have everything we wanted. I only complaint was the gates that you had to use to enter into the property. It’s a padlock with tiny tiny little numbers that I could barely see. I struggled for several minutes at a time to lock and unlock the gates. And the gate is super heavy. It would be really nice if they would put an electric gate in because me being elderly I had a very tough time with it. »
