'Cozy private area. Plenty of space to spread out. There was sand in one of the top bunks in the bed, so two people ended up having to share a bed space. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved having access to a rooftop deck. The pond has a lot of sticks so it really was not fishable. The property is peaceful and is close enough to all the things Waco. '
