'The hotel is very nice not new but but roomy and well laid out. The staff was super nice. The front desk clerk could not have been more helpful. My only complaint was the sliding bathroom door was too hard to move. Handles and better maintenance to make it slide better is needed.'

'Brian the manager was extremely helpful. At one point we were considering moving else where to be closer to our family, and he was willing to find us a place to stay, however we decided to stay. Breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed the 24/7 coffee.
I would definitely stay there again.'

'The hotel was under construction for renovations, which was not conveyed to us at any point until we arrived to check in. The building was dusty and made breathing difficult. There were also several construction workers smoking right at the main entrance at any given time. The gym was closed for renovations. The hotel itself was torn apart, unpainted, and the incessant noise from construction went until about 9 pm every day. The stay was completely unacceptable.'

'My experience at this Holiday Inn was completely unacceptable. I found THREE LIVE COCKROACHES in my room — two in the bathroom and a large one crawling around on the table in the room itself.
This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I paid for a hotel room expecting basic cleanliness and a comfortable place to sleep, not to discover live cockroaches crawling around my accommodations.
The situation was bad enough that I checked out a full day early. I should not have to cut my stay...

'I typically don’t write reviews but I went from one room with no lighting… to a room with bed bugs. I left, didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted to leave ASAP despite waking up to bugs at 1am. I quietly told the from desk person as other guests were around. They were very dismissive about it even with a video of them. Now I have welts on my body from where I had gotten bitten.'

'Water temperature was little more than look warm. The bathroom shower had cracked tiles and was poorly caulked. While the room overall, was clean and comfortable the bath left one wondering what shape the overall hotel is in.
I opted not to shower because I suspected it might be moldy based on the condition of the tile work and framing.'
