'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'breakfast was ok, they kept running out of food & utensils. coffee machine wasn't working. elevator buttons were very hard to push. ice machine only worked on 1 floor out of 4. ran out of hot water every morning. Hair was on bathroom floor. Exterior doors very dirty ... probably not cleaned in months. Hallway had dirt / trash on floor, elevators not clean. I won't stay there again. owned by foreigner and they are just milking the property.'

'To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. I am so unbelievably disgusted and frustrated. I have spent 3 days cleaning and disinfecting our belongings, hoping we didn’t...
