Flats in Maunabo

'First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!'

'The hours of the pool were great 9 to 10 for one and 9 to 7 for the other. They give you pool towels. They are villas close to Department stores and restaurants. Everyone was friendly. Gated community.'

'The first condo they gave us was nothing like the photos when I booked. The condo was old, furniture and appliances were old and damaged. We arrived late, so decided to sleep and address it in the morning. Next morning contacted the host by text and also went to front desk. I took pictures of our current condo and sent them to the host and showed them to the front desk and asked to be moved to the condo that I had booked as the one we received was NOT it.
