'Property is so old and the room was so unclean. Walls and cabinets and floor was really dirty. The Ritz Carlton is not what I thought it would be. Won’t go back'

'Our reservation was for "Garden/Island View" but we actually had a beautiful partial view of the ocean! The resort was clean, not crowded (despite the parking garage being very full at night) and the employees were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the North pool and hot-tub daily and the easy beach access is a huge plus. We never had trouble finding pool lounge chairs any time we went. 'We loved it! We have teenage children and they loved all of the amenities the resort offered (tennis, pickle ball, gym, sauna, etc…). The grounds were beautiful and we loved the set up of the room.'
