We’re supposed to have had a room with a view or partial view of the ocean the room I had I didn’t have a view of anything but the garden the air conditioning works fine. The kitchen and the room was nice. Your utensils were all provided, but experience is advertisement of the hotel was far from correct'

'Very nice and clean rooms, pool area, and resort. Several huge issues. Parking garage has very narrow areas to drive and park. Very challenging to navigate. More challenging to then find your way to your room. Food service and quality very average. If I wanted counter service and carry out boxes I go to McDonalds. I've had bigger showers on a cruise ship.'
