Cottages in Mattituck

'The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. 'This was an amazing property and it was exactly what I was looking for. A friend and I came here for a writing retreat, but it could easily fit 4-5 people. Hosts were great to communicate with too. I hope to be back one day!'

'What a great place , hidden gem on North Fork! it would have been nice if the Resturant was opened. We will be back'

'Fantastic experience. Cabin was clean and quiet. Beautiful mornings on the water.'

Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to...

The gardens and yard are lovely and very well cared for. Summer color filled garden beds and vegetable garden make this a bird and bee paradise and the water feature in the patio is very tranquil. Conveniently located to town and many pet friendly destinations including a dog park you the road, the perfect place to...
