« This property was ideal. So very cool to stay right on Main St. The home was clean and very pretty. Having the outside rocking chairs and swing outside was an added bonus. The full size refridgerator was a blessing! We will stay again. »

« Nice location, clean home, but the shower’s water pressure was like standing under a watering can sprinkler. If you turn the hot water down, the pressure gets less. Takes forever to get the soap rinsed off your body and hair. Other than that, nice accommodations »

« Great location, close to I-77. I had family travelling from the Carolinas, Georgia, and Central Ohio, this was the perfect spot for us to gather for a weekend wedding. We loved the space. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. The beds were so comfortable and the living room was perfectly set up for a movie night! We appreciated all of the "little things" that the property owner provided. Even the neighbors were lovely! »

« I really appreciated the recliner. I have some issues and climbing into those beds was difficult. I was able to spend a restful night in that chair! I might suggest that a step would be helpful for getting into the bed. But all in all, absolutely lovely! »

« This is a wonderful home that is well furnished. We loved cooking and having family meals around the big table. Fishing off the dock was a favorite activity. Just wish we had realized the house is 3 stories. Top floor had 3 bedrooms but no bathroom or toilet. Second floor was master with on suite full bath. And right beside it was a half bath. The shower for 3 bedrooms upstairs was on bottom level just off kitchen. Other thing that could be annoying is a restaurant about 200 yards by lakeshore...

« The Riverside Retreat was a respite from the noise of our lives. We enjoyed the clean, well-supplied VRBO space. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do while we were in Strasburg and the surrounding area. If you stay at the Riverside Retreat, be sure to visit the many historical places around the area. Zoar and the Ohio Erie Canal sites are very interesting, along with Fort Laurens, the first continental outpost of the Ohio Frontier, during the American Revolution. »

« My college friends and stayed here for a short weekend trip. It was a very nice and clean house. The property manager stayed in communication and was very helpful. We also hiked at Cuyahoga Valley NP which is only about 25-30 minutes away from the house. Over all we had a great experience and we would stay there again in the future! »

« Bigger than we thought from looking at pictures. Was so nice that the host supplied shampoo conditioner and body wash for both, male and female. The host was very kind and accommodating. Not to mention the cute town you sit basically in the middle of! We’ll book again! »

« We had a fine stay. The house was as described. It was pleasant and nicely appointed. The kids enjoyed playing on the piano. We all enjoyed hearing the clop, clop of the horses pulling buggies each morning and evening. »
