Adjacent to the living room is an intimate dining nook, ideal for a quiet meal for two. For larger gatherings, the attached sunroom boasts a spacious dining table, providing the perfect setting for family dinners filled with laughter and conversation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. Whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast or a relaxing dinner, this space is ready to accommodate your culinary creativity.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Restful Nights
On the main level, you’ll find two charming bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo:
• The first bedroom features a queen bed and a wall-mounted smart TV, offering a peaceful retreat for relaxation.
• The second bedroom is perfect for younger guests, featuring a bunk bed, children’s table and chairs, books, toys, and its own smart TV for endless entertainment.

Ascend the stairs to discover the spacious third bedroom on the second floor. This tranquil space includes a queen bed, a half bathroom, a cozy reading nook for your morning coffee, and built-in storage. A wall-mounted TV adds an extra touch of comfort to this private retreat.

Fun & Games in the Basement
Entertainment awaits just off the dining nook in the fully equipped game room. Challenge your family to a friendly match of ping pong or foosball, try your hand at giant Connect Four, or dive into a variety of board games for hours of fun. The basement also features a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Policies & Important Information
• Extra Guest Policy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. For additional guests (up to a maximum of 10), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 6.
• Sunroom: Please note, the sunroom is not heated.
• Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. This policy ensures the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests, as well as the preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community.
• Quiet Hours: Outdoor music and noise must end by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Additional Restrictions:
• No pets.
• No weapons.
