Villa Campanella surrounded by a large garden and an incomparable view of Capri

Villa Campanella is located in Termini di Massa Lubrense and has 2 entrances both driveways with cars and pedestrian, the first directly from the main road and the second from Via Campanella very characteristic because it is located right at the start of the suggestive itineraries of Punta Campanella and Monte San Costanzo.
It's easy to reach by car (a private, large parking area is situated at a lower level).
The villa has a very excellent location 100 meters walking from the Piazza di Termini, panoramic point where there are various grocery stores, pharmacy, coffee bar, restaurants, newsagent, church, post office, bus stop.
In about 10 minutes driving, you can reach Nerano beach (Marina del Cantone) or Baia Delle Sirene. From Marina del Cantone is possible to take a boat for trips to Capri, Positano and Amalfi. Marina del Cantone (Nerano Beach) is a very beautiful bay with equipped beach and charming restaurants where you can taste the specialties of the Sorrento coast.
The structure, moreover, is in a strategic position to easily reach the beautiful towns of the Amalfi coast (Positano, Praiano, Ravello and Amalfi), as well as the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
A few kilometers away, in S. Agata sui due Golfi, is the famous multi-starred restaurant "Don Alfonso", while in the nearby village of Nerano you can taste the specialties of the famous restaurant "I quattro passi".

The villa's location is set between the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, just 15 km (9 miles) from Sorrento and just over 20 km (13 miles) from Positano.

It's an easy starting point to go on enchanting walks on the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi Coast.

In just twenty-minute walk (or five-minute drive) you can reach Cala di Mitigliano, which is among the area's loveliest wild natural coves.

A 30-minute stroll (or five-minute drive) will bring you to the peninsula's highest point, Mount San Costanzo, which has a small deconsecrated church, affording a sweeping view both of the magnificent Gulf of Naples and of Salerno.

The weather is lovely all year round because of its southwestern exposure, 300 m (900 feet) above sea level, and its location right across from Capri means you can always see the sunset.

Naples is the closest airport to the villa (60 km - 38 miles).

Rome airport is 290 km (180 miles) away from the villa. To go from Rome to Naples it's possible to take the fast train (1 h 10 min).

The easiest way to move around is to rent a car. We can also arrange transfers from the airports (Naples or Rome) or from the railway stations.

The villa, particularly refined and elegant, is surrounded by a very large garden (about 5 acres) and enjoys an incomparable view of Capri Island.
The villa has a private swimming pool (open from May to late October); the area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs and a bar fridge.
A large outdoor kitchen, a wood-burning oven - perfect for making pizza and bread - and a large barbecue are on a terrace covered by a pergola. This makes for a truly special atmosphere to host amazing dinners and lunches in absolute Mediterranean style.
Guests have the use of a lovely small vegetable garden surrounded by olive trees, where tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, apricots, lemons, oranges, basil, and other local seasonal fruit and vegetables grow.
The villa then has a play area with a very big football pitch and table tennis.
The villa is on two levels; downstairs, where is the main entrance, there is a living room with sofas, and satellite TV, a big kitchen with dining table and a laundry, and one room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
Outside on this level is located a large patio with dining table, sofas, tables and chaise longe. On the same level there are also two bedrooms (one single and one double) both direct access from the garden with two bathrooms. Upstairs is situated a very big panoramic terrace and there are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom with two suite bathrooms. All rooms have large and comfortable wardrobes and overlook the terrace with views of the island of Capri.
There is a very big parking area inside at a lower level of the garden.
