'My room had a moldy smell to it from the moment I opened the door. There were what looked like small fruit flies around the room. The dog waste basket had a spider web on it, making it hard to throw away dog waste.'

'We stayed for 2 nights in August with our 2 kids. We got there a little early and our room was ready but they wanted $50 extra to check in and put our stuff down so we came back. I felt like the person at the front desk wasn't very warm but as we dealt with him more over the course of the 3 days, he was very nice. We did eat the free breakfast that is included with the room.
