Large villa for 10 people in a sought-after area of Marseille

This house was completely renovated in June 2021 so that we could welcome our families and friends, and we would be delighted to open our doors to you. It features a spacious, brand-new 55 m² open-concept living room/kitchen that opens onto a secure pool and leads out to the patio. This house is our primary residence; we trust you completely and count on you to respect certain items and our personal belongings that we leave here permanently.

We are accustomed to comfortably hosting 10 guests in our two ground-floor master suites, each opening onto the outdoors and featuring its own walk-in closet and bathroom. There are three bedrooms available upstairs, including one with a double bed, a children’s room with single beds, and a study equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. Upstairs, you’ll also find a bathroom with a bathtub for the children. The living room and one bedroom are air-conditioned; the upstairs bedrooms have their own fans.

The summer seating area is perfect for enjoying lovely evenings, and at midday, we have an electric awning that allows you to eat in the shade. A children’s playhouse that we built ourselves completes the terrace.
The house has an indoor parking space, and it’s very easy to park right in front.

We live in a very quiet neighborhood in the Accates district of Marseille, in the heart of the Pagnol Mountains. This safe little corner of paradise will make you feel like you’re outside of Marseille, even though you’re just 20 minutes from downtown (the train station, Le Panier, the Bonne Mère, and the museum) or the Calanques.
We’re also very close to major highways, allowing you to reach Cassis in 20 minutes, Bandol in 40 minutes for the beaches, and Aix in 30 minutes to explore its historic center.
As for the surrounding region, just an hour from Marseille, you can visit the Camargue to see its flamingos, bulls, and horses; the Luberon and its villages (Lourmarin, Bonnieux, Lacoste); and the Var with its stunning beaches (Porquerolles or l’Estagnol). For the more adventurous, you can also take a two-hour trip to the Verdon or Ardèche Gorges, visit the wine regions of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vaucluse, or Gigondas; and finally, head to the mountains... Just two hours from Marseille, there’s plenty to do and see.
