You are going to love living in this apartment with airconditionning on the 6th floor with lift and sea view and located in a peaceful and wooded residence. Its location is ideal for a successful and safe stay in Marseille. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The environment is safe , disinfected (ecological products are used to clean and maintain the apartment). There are 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with plasma television, sofa convertible into a single bed, dining room, fitted kitchen with beautiful views of the parks and the sea, dishwasher and washing machine, dining area, fully renovated modern kitchen, bathroom with towels and hairdryer, separate toilet and balcony with table and chairs to tan or relax by night. You can park your car down the building and it is the perfect occasion to do everything without a car, go on foot to the beach, the restaurants, the supermarket, the cinema, the bookshop, the metro station Rond Point du Prado within 15 minutes that leads you to the old port within 20 minutes, the train station or the bus station. Nearby, there are several bus stations to the calanques (rocky inlets), Cassis, the Vieux port and Mucem museum. You will find several bike rental stations in the area. The residential area is by the Avenues de Mazargues, du Prado and Rue Paradis who have many restaurants, bakeries and caterers, an excellent seafood stand, fashion, house decoration and souvenir boutiques and a post office. The fashion and earthenware museum is in the Borely Park behind the residence. There is a fitness park and a pedestrian path along the Huveaune stream leads you to Borely Park and to the beach. The access to the motorways is very close and gives you the opportunity to easily travel on the Côte d’Azur and in Provence. Be welcome

Un très bon séjour marseillais

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre, bien agencé et coquet, avec un balcon bien agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil le matin. Il est surtout bien situé pour accéder à des transports en commun et se déplacer dans la ville ou utiliser le petit chemin vers les plages.

Praktische Wohnung in geschickter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gated Communìy, wo man auch immer einen Parkplatz findet. Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zu Metro oder Strand sind es jeweils 15 min. zu Fuß.

Lovely apartment in Marseille near the beach and velodrome

Very clean and nicely decorated. Ample space inside with nice kitchen, living room plus dining room. Lovely parks nearby with pretty walk to beach. Also shops, bars and good restaurants within an easy walk. Apartment is gated and locked at night, so very secure and quiet. Metro nearby and very cheap.

Vacances de Toussaint à Marseille

Un appartement très comfortable et bien équipé. Un quartier avec des bons commerces et l'arrêt de métro Prado est à 10 minutes à pied. Quand il fait beau, on a vue sur la mer. L'accueil était chaleureux.

Appartement confortable idéalement situé

On se sent comme à la maison dans cet appartement très joliment décoré . Situé dans une résidence calme et proche de toutes les commodités avec un accès direct à un sentier pédestre qui mène au parc Borély et à la plage . L’accueil par Evelyne la voisine est un plus car on sait qu’on peut l’appeler en cas de problème.

Les échanges avec notre hôte Martine ont été très fluides et clairs.Quartier calme, appartement conforme à la description.Évelyne, la voisine nous attendait et nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a fait le descriptif de l'appartement et à notre départ elle a bien constaté la propreté des lieux et nous a souhaité amicalement un bon retour.Elle est très accueillante.Le seul point à signaler c'est que le portail du parc qui mène à la mer ferme entre 19h-19h30...Nous reviendrons très certainementMerci et à bientôtOlga et famille

Agreable appartement

L'appartement de Martine est très agréable, meublé et décoré avec goût. Enfin un appartement qui ne ressemble pas à un magasin Ikea! Nous nous y sommes senties comme à la maison et avons trouvé tous les accessoires qui permettent de faire à manger coome chez soi. Beaucoup de commerces alimentaires accessibles à pied, le métro Prado également, ce qui donne la possibilité d'aller dans le centre de Marseille en transports en commun rapidement ainsi que l'accès à la plage du Prado via le chemin pédestre de l'Huveaune sont des atouts que nous avons appréciés. Une bonne expérience!

Lovely apartment

The apartment is modern, roomy and well appointed in both the kitchen and bathroom. It’s on the 6th floor of a large apartment block and has a small lift. I really appreciated the air conditioning during my stay as the temperature outside each day was over 30degC. Eveline is the owner’s friend and neighbor who met me and introduced me to the apartment. She was very helpful and encouraged me to contact her if I needed anything or had any questions. Although the apartment is outside the old part of Marseille, it’s near a major metro stop and there are also buses close by that will take you into the city. There’s a large supermarket within walking distance and many local shops and restaurants. There is a large park adjacent to the apartment building with paths that lead to the beach. As long as you don’t mind being outside the main tourist area, I would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Marseille.

Great location for Parc Chanot conference

My two work colleagues and I stayed for a little over a week to attend a conference at Parc Chanot and it was perfect! It was a 15-minute walk to the center, most of it on a jogging path along the stream. The metro stop was also there, and there were a lot of excellent restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. When we needed help, a neighbor was available and quickly responded (we locked ourselves out once and on a different day a fuse was blown). The WiFi, washing machine, and free parking were also appreciated. Eclectic and beautiful decor, and nice views of the park and mountains. Thank you, Martiene!
