Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ( Frau Fatma ) waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiterin Frau Gizem im Restaurant hat sich sehr sehr gut um uns gekümmert war immer aufmerksam und nett.

Pro: das Konzept des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt auch sehr lecker! Hier wird auch viel auf ,,das Auge isst mit“ wert gelegt!! Alles wird schön angerichtet. - Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. - Hoteleigener Strand - moderne Ausstattung / Boho -lange Abendessenszeiten: 18:30-22:00 Uhr (wie ich persönlich finde ) - außerhalb der Stadt Marmaris (30 min. Mit dem Boot ) -falls man in die Stadt nach Marmaris möchte, fährt ein Boot mehrmals am Tag hin und Her (Kostenpflichtig!) Con: -die Zimmer sind sehr klein (grds. Aber in Ordnung, da man sowieso im Zimmer nur schläft) -schlechtes Licht im Zimmer - falls man die Zimmer zum Strand /Pool hat ist die Musik bis ca. 00:00 /00:30 zu hören. Danach ist aber Schluss mit Musik ! All in all: Würde ich das Hotel aufjedenfall empfehlen für die Leute, die entspannen und das tolle Wetter inkl. essen genießen möchten.

I would rate this hotel as 3, maximum 4 stars, not 5. I didn't like service at all. If you expect 24/7 front desk, you'll be disappointed.

This is the worst hotel do not ever stay here. The closest shop / restaurant is 20 minutes drive and this is not stated anywhere. The showers are disgusting, room door handles can be broken with a light pull this hotel steals money from customers.

Bar restoran fiyatlar neden pound ve çok yüksek?
Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personel. Oda kahvaltı için yüksek bir gecelik ücret ödemeyi kabul ederek geliyor olabiliriz ancak cafe restoranda para birimi pound olan fiyat listesi uygulamasını hiç doğru bulmuyorum, ingiltere’de değiliz. Ayrıca bar restoran fiyatlarının da gecelik ücret ne olursa olsun makul bir sınırı olmalı, misafirlerin geneline baktığınızda çoğu kişinin havuz deniz kenarında extra birşey içmemesi de bu konuda yalnız olmadığımızı düşündürttü. Bunun haricinde sessiz sakin başbaşa kafa dinleyebileceğiniz güzel bir tesis.

Perfect Calming Summer Vacay
The team was excellent. Even though they were so young it was clear that they enjoyed what they were doing. The hospitality was very well. The food could have been better but overall stay was really good. It's like an island part of the play. If you want to relax and chill and swim in a quite hotel, that is a perfect choice.

Big thumbs up to the Dalmer who was very helpful. Food was awful even which I paid extra for it and many guest complained about this and the quality control manager goes the food is amazing. Towels aren’t changed unless you tell them to do it, the reception guy wasn’t very helpful when we said we wanted a late checkout and we couldn’t but in fact the resort was empty. Location is good, most staff are very helpful, there’s no sports facilities apart from the gym but it mentions on their website they have everything. I personally wouldn’t recommend someone spending £2000 for a holiday here.

Dear Guest, We thank you very much for choosing to have your holiday at our beautiful Cook's Club Adakoy resort hotel. We also thank you for taking your valuable time to share your experience and comments with us. As you have stated, our dedicated staff have done all they could to assist you to have a pleasant holiday. Our unusual and new food concept of fresh food preparation and cooking receives very high appraisals from our guests simply because we do not have open buffet style old fashion food serving at where there is no freshness yet original features of the recipes. Please note that according to customary practises in tourism as well as international environmental code of conduct for hotel services; routine replacement of towels, linens etc. at resort hotels are generally done in every 2 days unless a special request is made. Our hotel complies with these general rules too. Checking-out guests from our hotel must leave their rooms midday (12:00 hours) as per hotel practices simply because housekeeping staff must clean, disinfect and prepare the rooms for the next guests. If late check-out is required, it is sometimes possible at an extra charge since house-keeping and other related staff must work overtime to prepare those rooms for the next guests. We thank you for your appreciation of our hotel's stunning location as well as appraisal of our staff. As you have mentioned, the websites and social media accounts do state that various activities are available, however due to the social distancing and other Covid-19 restrictions set forth by law, certain restrictions are in force (again, as stated online). We are really sorry about the few issues which did not please you, but we hope that the above clarifications explain the realities and reasons behind them. Nevertheless, once again, we thank you for your preference to stay at our resort and do hope to host you again in the future. Kindest Regards
