'As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. 'Value for money. I travel a lot and so am very particular about cleanliness, good ambience and things working. The rooms were clean and smells new. bed sheets nice and clean, bath towels smell good, hot shower available and right temperature. Air con fresh, cool and no musky smell. '

'The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. '

'The time spent at Ozo was wonderful. The room is spacious and bright with the light colored furniture and carpet. The infinity pool on the 22nd floor is a great relieve from the heat and crowds after walking around and discovering George Town. The breakfast buffet is strongly oriented towards savory dishes and not so many options for a more western style breakfast apart from sweet pastries and very little yoghurt. I had a hard time to stomach the hearty breakfast. I missed the sustainable...
