'This property is perfect! It had everything we needed to enjoy the week, both in the house and on the beach! So comfortable and so convenient to everything, we will definitely stay here next time we visit the OBX! The communication was also fantastic! Def 5 stars all around!'

'This house has everything you need to enjoy the beach without the hassle of the beach. You can sit on the porch and breath in the ocean, or you can walk over the dune and be on the beach. There is an outdoor shower and 2 hoses so you can rinse off before either getting in the hot tub or going into the house. The house is spacious, has all you need to not have to eat out every meal. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house and making memories. Highly recommend.'

'We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.'

'Wonderful property! Very clean inside the house and short private access to the beach! Property manager/owner will work with any concerns or problems that may arise! Mentioned a set of batteries were dead and within 20 mins there was brand new batteries on the door step! '
