'Admitfully at first …. a little skeptical of all the wonderful reviews. Come to find though that Annette’s place exceeded all the hype. Simply Adorable This was a very last minute reservation and she worked with it every step of the way to have it happen. With barely any notice she still had a sweet basket awaiting as a welcoming gift. That did not come as a shock though because that is how the entire place is. At every turn there is a surprising little something extra to make you smile....

'House is perfect to be near York hospital and staff. Perfect for rehab for my sister, with nurse visits and PT while awaiting her brain surgery. Owner very willing to accomodate your needs. His maintenance man was just a phone call away if needed.'

'This was a great little place to stay. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had nice appliances. Our host Justin was great at communicating everything to us so check in was super easy. He also had a nice notebook with lots of info about nearby attractions and restaurants. We had a great time! '
