'Very clean room and no complaints about anything.'

'Not as great as all the other reviews indicated. Our room was ok, but it really needed updating. All of the drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves because they were all misaligned. Towels and tp were spare. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. The bed was also pretty hard. Other than that, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly.'

'Lovely property, lovely staff, perfect location.'

'The property as a whole was fantastic, located very close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The room had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting room. The only downside was that one of the other rooms had a very loud barking dog. The breakfast was high quality and a very good selection.'

'These folks are amazing So helpful and kind'

'Everything was good'

'Gasten zijn redelijk luidruchtig Personeel niet klantgericht'

'For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again.'

'The staff is very polite and helpful.'

'Very nice staff. Very clean. Just a little tired. Needs some updating.. Otherwise very nice.'

'Everything is good as expected'

'Clean hotel near Manchester airport. Breakfast was fairly good. Rooms are spacious with a small seating area and a kitchenette. Parking is extra and should have been included in the price.'

'For the price I paid for a one night stay couldn’t be beat compared to where I usually book when I come to Bedford. However, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the hallways were so dim and creepy I felt like I was in the shining, and I could completely hear the guests conversation in the room next door to me through my bathroom vent. I think next time I might just spend the extra money.'
