Our family did not like this place. The beds were really firm and three out of four of us had soar necks by the morning. Part of that's also because they knew we were booking for four people but the room only had for example five flat pillows for four people. There were also only towels for three people, and one really old rough worn out fleece blanket to cover both the sofa bed and the pull-out bed. We had really rough single ply cheap toilet paper, and a surprise $5 parking fee. I see now the parking fee is buried in the Expedia listing, but nothing was mentioned at the desk when I checked in, and only found out when I was emailed an invoice. Do they really need to charge for parking for hotel guests in an area that isn't High density?.. this isn't Boston.
Breakfast was okay, but they had the they had the typical watery gross eggs, and sausage that nobody likes instead of bacon which I think is strategic at this point for hotels to do that.
The final poor policy customer service experience was that we considered moving our date by one night. They wanted to charge a fee that was more than the night I had already paid for. So I could book two nights and pay less than the cost to move one night by one day.
We will look elsewhere if we have another sporting event in that area. Even if it costs a little more.
