'Perfect location and brand new!'

'The elevator did not work and one of our outlets in the room did not work. The air/heat unit was loud. We did not have a do not disturb placket on our door or the extra lock feature was missing. Beds seemed more like full size than queen. The staff was excellent though and when we requested extra towels they came right away and offered to take our dirty ones right then. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time.
