'My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

'Casa Mariposa was a gem. Hidden in a great neighborhood 5 minutes outside the wall, it was gated, quiet and safe.The apartment itself was recently renovated and had wonderful touches.great light with so many windows a desk so I could work a little bit and all the kitchen needs one would want. Bathroom was fabulous and bedroom was large with a storage and a mattress that was really comfortable. It was so nice staying right outside the wall, it was a little more quiet for resting.'

'Mooi appartement met hele goede bedden. Je steekt de straat over en je loopt het centrum van Lucca binnen. Voor mensen die licht slapen adviseer ik om oordoppen mee te nemen. 1slaapkamer is direct aan de doorgaande weg die om de muur van Lucca heenloopt.'

'The apartment is right in the centre of the city and really easy to find. Despite this it is quiet and we slept really well. There’s a lovely small balcony off one of the bedrooms with great rooftop views. It was clean, really well equipped- though with so many restaurants we didn’t really cook! We had a great time!'

'Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

'Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...

'A beautiful updated and renovated apt in an old building with nice amenities. Great communication with the host and their people. That said, people should know the apartment is on a top floor with many stairs. Once there you will be happy. '

"Ou family, ranging from our 6 and 9 year old children up to their 80+ year old grandfather,had a lovely stay in this beautiful accomodation. The house is very charming, but also has great modern facilities like a fully equiped kitchen, window screens against mosquitos, lovely rain showers etc. The view is as amazing as you might dream. The kids had a lot of fun exploring the lush garden while we had drinks on the patio. The road up the hill was a bit scary the first time, but as Massimo promised we got used to it. It is comfortably close to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, the beach, the mountains...would love to come back some day and would absolutely recomm"
