This suite is located right next door to High Horse Bar, which means the area can be lively — especially in the evenings and on weekends. You may hear music, voices, and foot traffic at night. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a very quiet stay, this may not be the best fit. If you want to be steps from cocktails, food, and nightlife, you’ll love this location.



Inside, Sol makes clever use of space with a modern Murphy bed system that transforms seamlessly between a stylish living area and a comfortable sleeping setup. Splashes of yellow and sunny accents add personality and energy, while warm lighting keeps the space inviting day or night.



The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen and a counter dining table, perfect for grabbing breakfast before exploring the neighborhood or enjoying a cozy meal at home between outings.



Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee and sunlight or coming home after a night out in NuLu, Sol is a bright, functional, and thoughtfully designed home base in one of Louisville’s most exciting districts.



Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock keypad for seamless self check-in. Each guest receives a unique access code, active only for the duration of their stay to ensure both security and peace of mind. Your code will be sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

You’ll be staying in NULU, Louisville’s trendiest neighborhood known for its creativity, flavor, and charm. The area is packed with one-of-a-kind shops, street art, cozy cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
