'Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Finding the property as well as getting in was as easy as it gets. The upstairs guests were pretty roudy but nothing in the host's control at the time but she did address it immediately the next day. Property is perfect placement for walking distance to the main food and bar spots in the area with a beautiful view of the bridge. Would absolutely stay again :)'

'We were going to The Palace theatre for a concert and the location was perfect. We parked in the garage and walked 2 blocks to The Brown Hotel for drinks and apps, then 1 block to the Palace, and 1 block back to VRBO. Perfect!'

'The location of this VRBO was awesome - super walkable and close to the bridge that takes you over the river into Louisville. Communication with the host was very quick. The water heater went out three times and our host responded within minutes of us letting him know and he was able to send a maintenance crew out ASAP. Other than issues with the hot water - off set by our hosts quick response - the overall cleanliness of the property left room for improvement. Loved the area and our host...

'Great place, great complex! Apt smelled amazing as soon as we walked in and was clean and perfect for out stay. The complex has a pool table, weight room, Golf Simulator, AND A DOG WASHING STATION!!! The apartment in the classic building - which is seemingly in transition from grand old hotel to new apartments in or condos - was spacious and comfortable, very quiet, and had great views of the downtown skyline. 'The home was cute as a button and was plenty of room for a family of 4. The home was within 10 minutes of downtown. The home is close to the airport as well. We did not hear much of the planes either. If we ever return back to Kentucky we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks for the memories.'
