« Have stayed several times over the last few years. Love the proximity to town (and obviously the lake!). It's hard to take a full week off so the flexible schedule at the "Maine Cabin Master's" remodel is a real blessing. »

« A wonderfully hidden gem. A step back in time. Idealic Maine camp with wood floors and stone fireplace. Absolutely beautiful property with views of the water from every window and evening sunsets to enjoy. Explored the rocky beach and loved the dock! »

« The cabin was nestled far enough back from the road with great surrounding trees that it felt very private and quiet. We loved the cabin, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed! Perfect town for a quiet getaway, beach, history, dining, it was perfect! »

« The sunsets by the fire pit were worth every penny of the rental price. This was our first week long, just us, vacation in 20 years. We were welcomed with a gift of Maine Maple Syrup and Blueberry Jam. The view from the shore and from the wall of windows in the house was spectacular. Mornings were spent with a hot cup of coffee and a blanket, enjoying the serene setting. Evenings were spent with cocktails, S'mores, and a fire. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Truly, The way Life...

« This was our eighth year at the cabin, and we plan to return in 2026. We love everything about the experience, the cabin and the most gracious host we can imagine. »

« We loved this cottage steps from the lake and convenient to the area sites. The lake view is amazing, and swimming in it was a favorite, along with using the kayaks & paddle board. The owners are so friendly and attentive, going above & beyond to address one water issue we had. Such a comfortable & peaceful stay - we hope to return! »

« Cabin was just as it was described. Everything we needed. Stairs down to the water could use some maintenance. The dock and water were fantastic. My kids loves going out to the island. Overall great property. Would definitely come back. »

« Location, location, location. Accurate description. Right on the cove. Avian life a plenty. Ospreys, kingfishers, water birds. An occasional deer. Our highlight was a Great Horned Owl. Many very excellent dining experiences . Of course, Maine Top Notch lobster shacks. Local tavern restaurants. All kinds of excursions to one’s preference. Hiking trails. Sailing. Maine back roads. Light houses. Simply sit by the cove and meditate. We liked touring the Bath USN ship building facility. That we have...

« Lola’s was fantastic. The cabin was very clean. It was stocked with all of the essentials. Paul was great. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The cabin is near downtown Boothbay Harbor. We had a great time. Very nice and comfortable. »

« Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine. »

« Charming, perfectly-imperfect cottage! Very welcoming and comfortable. Clean and accommodating. Truly a little piece of heaven on earth to listen to the ocean waters clapping the rocks just feet from the porch. The perfect location for easy visits to dozens of restaurants and entertainment, but tucked away that youd never know you were so close to popular attractions. Will definitely be back! »

"Emplacement magnifique. Un si bel endroit mais les fenêtres de notre chambre, celles des chambres des 2 couples avec qui nous voyagions et les fenêtres du restaurant étaient TRÈS sales."

"Smelly room because of old carpet. Doors with cracks that we could see through. Back door difficult to open . Small old fridge . Clean and adequate beddings . Shower ok . Breakfast generous . Nice weather, so we spend our time outdoor . Kayaking, mini-golfing , we also made a fire at night that was really a nice opportunity . The accommodations need renovations ! The property has great potential !"
