Woonboten in Los Lagos

'The Shambhala aparthotel was a very nice place to stay. As we enjoyed out overall stay, we do have note that the matras was terrible to sleep on and gave us terrible back and shoulder pains. My advice would be to have them replaced! In terms of the location Parque Holandes… The only restaurant worth visiting is Don Pepè at the start of the parque. Because of the isolated part the parque is located a car is surely advisable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Fuerteventura at the Shambhala. '

'This place had rude staff, refused to follow up on a single request, had paltry amenities, and was unpleasant overall. They have the phone lines broken in so you have to go to reception for any concern, and then they say they'll do something and never do. I asked TWO times about broken air conditioning, I asked TWICE for them TO CLEAN MY BED SHEETS and they NEVER DID, and I asked FIVE TIMES to have help with wifi NOT WORKING and they never showed up. 'Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. '

'Vorig jaar verbleven we in de goedkopere Olivia naast de deur...ik was dan ook teleurgesteld dat het eten van dezelfde (slechte) kwaliteit was....had wat anders verwacht voor een palace...de sfeer de kamers wel in.orde, thee en koffiezet in de kamer wat handig is, een zalig bad, veel.zenders op de tv, vriendelijk personeel, elke dag vonden we bijna geen ligstoelen aan het zwembad wegens het leggen vd handdoeken van mensen op de ligzetels terwijl ze er niet zijn...zou niet mogen ! Moet dringend...

'Only 2 People in a room. So you have a roommate and not a dorm. That's great. Free coffee and water, also great. Very well maintained and cleaned very thoroughly every day. Great job by the cleaners! The only small disadvantage is location it's a little far to the beach and to city center Would definitely stay again!'
