'The room was not clean upon our arrival. The window in the room, which was located on the first floor, was left open. The pull-out sofa had a blood stain on the mattress, and there was hair in the bed. When we requested additional sheets, the replacement sheets provided were also torn. We spoke with the staff at the front desk multiple times, but they were not helpful or sympathetic regarding the condition of the room. We explained that we were traveling with children and that these conditions...

'The cable had been disconnected at the property throughout my entire stay. No notice had been provided on this issue, no accommodations were made, and i would have made other plans had i known the tv was essentially useless.'

'Stayed with my children over the memorial day weekend for the pool. On arrival the property outside looked abandoned. One other reason for booking was the breakfast that we were not told was not available due to renovations. We were handed brown paper bags with an apple, a water and a granola bar. Under the beds were filthy with a cup of liquid under one. The heat dis not work. Towels were stained and or not in the room. Had to request it. Did not feel safe sleeping there with my children'

'Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.'
