'We stayed just for one night but the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I slept extremely well in their comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience.'

'The room was clean despite a musty smell. Check in was a breeze. The AC units are new, and they had to send maintenance up twice to make the rattling stop on the one in my room. After the second time, I asked if there was another room available and the manager John was very snippy when he told me they were sold out. Overall the experience was okay, the management staff should really take a breath before they talk to customers like that. The maintenance man was the nicest staff member I dealt...

'We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations. Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor.'

'The washroom tub moulding/grout was black (mold?) It needs to be redone. The smell of cigarettes filled the bathroom and balcony/window area when the person below started smoking in their room.'

'Amazing hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is first class. They can’t do enough things for you. If you want a first class hotel experience, this is the place and you will not be disappointed.'

'traveler beware: we were not informed until the day before our nonrefundable reservation that there is MAJOR construction going on, most amenities are closed (gym, restaurant, lobby) and the noise is quite bad. i would consider another spot. on the bright side, the construction that has been completed (room update) was decent for this product line.'

'We booked the hotel because it had a pool but the pool was closed. There was a smell in the room that I believe someone smoked no cigarettes in the room prior to us. There was false eyelashes in the closest and a used bar of soap in the shower. Mold like spots in the bathroom. The two things we enjoyed was the breakfast and how nice the staff was.'

'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '
