'Very kind Staff'

'The ceiling in my room must have had a previous leak because the ceiling had a really huge water stain.'

'I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this.'

'Dont like the smell of the room at all!!!'

'The room was nice and clean. The whole hotel looked very upgraded & nice. The only concerning thing is the water in the bathroom sink was very hot like at a boiling level which was very scary & caused us to have to have to use the shower head. '

'Clean room, breakfast was your regular continental breakfast with muffins, juice, coffee, cereal, etc. Overall decent quality for the price. '

'Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay'

'Nice discrete spot to go, walk right outside your door to fresh air. Quiet area local to attractions in the area.'

'I won't judge too harshly since they are remodeling and were recently sold. The next persons experience may be entirely different once that is done. '

'The room was not that clean. The breakfast area was very limited & the drinks in the fountain area were not working so only water & minimal juice mix was coming out . Very crowded. '

'Sigaret burns in blankets, smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Got offered to buy drugs right outside of room '

'I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. I just ask him to ensure I wouldn't be charged twice. '

'Service was super sweet and rooms were so nicely organized and spacious'

'We only slept there before our flight so we didn’t get to have the full experience. We checked in around 11 pm and left at 5am. We didn’t really see anything or anyone. However, the room was nice and I would use them again '
