'I chose this place for the hot tub which was not working. The pool was terrible NOT CLEAN. The room smelled Wet and MUSTY. The mini fridge had rust.. I Will Never Stay Here Again . I Left After 20 minutes from Check in. I lost my fee and I'm still waiting for my Security Deposit to be Returned Back to Me'

'Rooms were very clean with very helpful and courteous staff, not to mention very easy access to the beach. The property has 5 level 2 EV chargers 4 of which are Tesla and one non-Tesla which actually is very helpful since the nearest Tesla supercharger is 23 miles away in Brownsville. What I wished the hotel would have done was to charge the careless and irresponsible Tesla owners who kept their cars occupying the stalls well after their cars were fully charged with zero regards to other EV...

'Very clean. I slept on the 4th floor. Very quiet. 1st floor is loud and lots of traffic.'

'Please pay attention to the room you book as I did not know we were booking in their “motel” rooms. All the pictures showed the outside of the condos but our room was in the 2 story motel type room, which were very dated. The walls were thin so we heard our neighbors until 3am. We contacted the front desk and were able to pay for an upgrade to their condo room (ones actually in the picture). These were much better than the motel type room but still not great. 'The room was clean except the 2nd day, the cleaning crew failed to replenish our towles. So I called the front desk to let them know. And they said they'll send some up, but never did. Otherwise everything else was fine. Too many small kids in the adult pool area in the hot tub.'

'Great lil place to stay. Not far walking from beach or any shopping place. The front counter lady was absolutely the sweetest and very helpful with information regarding island. Toilet ran all night but really no complaints cause room was cold. Grab snacks and drinks cause outside machines dont work but rooms have a fridge and microwave.'

'The room did not match the pictures online. The hotel was overall in desperate need of a renovation. We had to call three times to finally get them to bring extra towels. We asked for extra pillows on day one and we finally got them on day 3 of our stay. A picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night a hit my wife in the head. The weekend breakfast seemed like some microwaved items from Walmart. We will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again.'

'The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room.
