'The property is okay I would say it needs some renovating. Elevator was out of service and the ice machine broken. There is alot of staff working but unfortunately not very helpful. I would see all the staff around only talking to each other some flirting with each other. Our group was ignored many times. Our room did not have shampoo/bodywash etc and they never refilled and we kindly asked. Check in was fast and they were kind also the young gentlemen in the golf cart was attentive driving us...

'Loved the location direct access to beach view of ocean on balcony! Room is not update but was clean, spacious and has everything needed! Staff was friendly and helpful Hotel in walking distance to everything!'

'Cleaning staff was very nice, other stuff not friendly. The resort looks nicer on pics, bartender at the swim up bar wasn’t really friendly and killed the vibes at times'

'Room was clean overall, so the cleaning staff is doing a good job. No breakfasts at all despite being heavily advertised and you must pay an extra 15 dollars to simply park your car on the property?? Front desk is open late so that could be helpful if needed. Overall not impressed but at least we had a place to stay for the night.'

'Room was clean , smelled clean . Staff was friendly could be more helpful but no real issues . Breakfast could be better. Not enough seating , some people stood and ate .others took the food to their rooms. Parking was convenient.'

'It’s close to everything to get around in the island, but in the hotel the TV was not working. Wi-Fi was not great and I found stain sometimes in the curtain of the shower but for the most part, it was OK'

'Never stayed on the marina and it was beautiful'
