'Muren zijn flinterdun en laten lawaai van de naburige kamers door. Een hond werd urenlang alleen gelaten en blafte onophoudelijk. Kamer 111 was net maar ouderwets en aan hernieuwing toe. Airco veel te luidruchtig en kon niet ingesteld worden. De hele kamer rook muf. De bar en het eten zijn ook rijkelijk overschat. Ondanks dat er niet veel volk aanwezig was is het personeel niet vriendelijk vooral het keukenpersoneel is ronduit onvriendelijk. In de beurt zijn betere plaatsen te vinden. '

'Great place to stay when visiting SPI. Watched the SpaceX launch at a county park the stayed at the Palms Resort. Ate all meals at Cafe on the Beach which is on the beachside of the building. Excellent food.'

'We were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded to a junior suite on Christmas Day. Thank you! The room was spacious and I probably won't ever go back to a room with "only" two queen beds for my family of four soon to be adults! We enjoyed that there were two hot tubs although the day we were there one of the hot tubs was only somewhat warm at best.
