« Kelly made the experience very touching.She had chocolates and popcorn for us. Room had all supplies for kitchen, dishwasher, laundry. Room had plenty of linens and was clean. Access details and everything was provided by her for us to check in easily and also accommodated the request for late check-out. Thank you, Kelly.
