'I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. 'This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...
