'Inchecken verschrikkelijk duurde 2 uur ivm elektriciteit problemen '

'The mattresses and pillows are horrible need to be replaced. The receptionist did not inform us that they clean the room every other day so we had no clean towels for the next day. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast and didn’t even have muffins, croissants or donuts. At the price they charge a night the parking should be included.'

'Breakfast it's not free. Keep that in mind. The front desk person didn't know what was AAA discount when I asked if they accepted it. They said I don't know what is AAA. Yikes.'

'We didn't get the room we booked. It was not available. Oscar at the FD did the best he could to give us another room. The room had a tub which made it difficult for my husband to shower but we made it work. Would have appreciated a call beforehand though so I could search for another hotel. Now everything was fully booked.'

'Everything was great. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.'
