'The website advertises an indoor pool. The pool was closed "for the season" with the manager stating it's a seasonal pool. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The phones in the room did not work- not even to call down to the front desk. The television did not work upon arrival. It took two trips downstairs for the staff to come fix the television.
