'The property is a lovely cabin with great outdoor spaces. Hot tub worked properly. House was clean and pictures were accurate. Host was responsive. We experienced zero issues and would book again. '

We had one small issue with a leak in the roof during a torrential downpour that stopped as soon as the extreme rain did. All in all, nice and peaceful weekend.'

'What a great property and home. We saw all kinds of wildlife there. The home has a lot of information of what to do around the Bedford area. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Just remember to bring bug spray, the area all around has a lot of mosquitoes even in Bedford. '

'We stayed for 3 nights. Secluded cabin on the side of a hill up a gravel road from the main road. You could see neighbors, but they were not close. This made it very peaceful to sleep and sit on the great front porch. Although it felt remote, we were less than 10 minutes away from the main entrance to Lake Raystown and 20 or 30 minutes from the Allegrippis mountain biking trails. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my family of four and would have fit more...

'This cabin was perfect for our Fourth of July weekend. There’s a big pool, horseback riding, a big pond and creek for fishing and the cabin comes with a fire pit and grill. We brought our dog and cooked over the fire every night. The cabins and grounds are very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place!'

'Our stay in the Cedar Hill Cottage was certainly represented well by the website photos and was in a very pleasant location in the rural outskirts of Chambersburg. The wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathrooms certainly made our stay easy in terms of fulfilling all our needs, and the cleanliness of the house overall was evident upon first entering the front door. We really liked the deck and view; cool in the shade and pleased by the woodsy surroundings! You can even see the distant Blue Ridge...
