« We came in for a few nights to check out the bourbon distilleries in the area. This property served the purpose we were after perfectly as a spot to sleep while we were gone the rest of the time. The location is in an apartment complex filled neighborhood with Frankfort within a five minute drive. The property manager answered questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the place if you have your own vehicle and are spending most of your time on the town. »

« This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. »

« This property is great! It’s in a very convenient location off Nicholasville Road, it was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I stayed for over a week and had everything I needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Everything was provided that is needed for a short trip. This included necessities that might’ve been forgotten. The condo was very clean throughout. The bed was comfortable and clean. 2 TVs were convenient. Temperature setting was comfortable. Claire, was very communicative and provided all details regarding the condo. Overall, we would book this condo again if we take another trip to Lexington, KY area. »

« We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. »
