« When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. « We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Although our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, it didn’t take away from our visit. Everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again! »
