« I stayed here for 1 night for an concert Check in was okay I hope they change to digital so you don’t have to fill out all the paperwork at check in but I do understand the paper check in process. After checking in I was told a $50 incidental fee that is refunded back after you check date it will take 3-5 days depends on your bank. on top of the incidentals there is a $10 parking fee non refundable. « Beds dirty and had to ask for bedding for spare bed, staff not friendly or helpful and played on their phone while asking for what we paid for. Also, tent encampment right behind hotel. I wasn’t ware of that. »

« Lobby was inviting and everything was clean. The room was large and quiet. The bed was little softer than we liked but that personal preference. Very close to Truist Park, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic. »
