Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

Loved sitting out on the balcony, the view was so relaxing and the weather was perfect. Everything was ready for me the moment i arrived and had no [problems or issues. Can't beat the location, being in Vegas but Lake Las Vegas seemed worlds away. This place if defiantly on my list to do again, perhaps a Christmas in the Village and 4th of July fireworks over the lake. Do it!!!

Relaxation Destination

My main reason for going here was to meet up with my Best Friend and relax. We did just that and it was amazing! The condo itself was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, check in was easy, communication was great. We floated in the pool and had wine on our balcony. It was lovely. The unit has great air conditioning. The only reason I gave it a 4 star, was for the resort itself. It boasts a fun atmosphere at the village with shops and restaurants and live music, but many shops and restaurants were out of business. The only live music was Sat night and it wasn’t great. The Casino has been shut down since Covid. You can’t swim in the Lake due to bacteria. We were afraid to Kayak incase we got splashed or tipped over. The pool was nice, but could use more shade. One day we were there relaxing at the pool and a loud group with loud music, foul language and drinking & pot smoking descended upon us and took over the pool. I don’t think that’s the norm, but we had to leave. There are a few good restaurants, but pricey. All in all, it was a lovely get away, but the village can really use a facelift!!

I enjoyed staying in this unit. I truly enjoyed the balcony and its view. Had a problem with no hot water one morning but it was taken care of early afternoon. Liked having a washer/dryer right in the unit.

Clean but weird vibe around property

The actual condo was clean and comfortable. However, the toilet had a broken flushing lever, and the owners provided no shower gel or bathroom toiletries, which are usually standard in a VRBO. The kitchen had nothing in it, including salt and pepper, which is not a huge deal, but a very basic item to provide that doesn’t really expire and is standard at most VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Lake Las Vegas was a ghost town with only a couple of restaurants open. The parking garage is quite a long walk, and scary at night. We saw a man urinating next to a maintenance truck in the parking garage in the evening. It was pretty scary. Finding the place from the parking garage was tricky while carrying luggage. The whole area felt odd and eerily empty. We will not stay here again.

Love this condo!!

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. Raymond was great to work with and answered all of my many questions and needs promptly. Within walking distance to the village and Hilton where our event was. The balcony had a great view of the lake and pool area. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen living area was open. The only thing I would suggest is having a bit more of the kitchen stocked with few spices, olive oil and utensils. But other than that it was perfect!! I hope to stay here again!

Clean - nice - kitchen equipped However, when we have stayed at other units before, there was a parking pass for the garage. . We were always looking for a place to park -it was dark and difficult . (And scary for 2 women ) Also , no place to lay a suitcase -no dresser -had to put on floor , then chair from dining room

This was our first time staying in condo. The ease of check in was great. The condo was clean and had an excellent view of the sunrise and mountains. The little villa next to the condo was beautiful and quiet. The bedrooms could use brighter lighting as the bedside table lamps were not bright enough at night. The shower stall in the master bathroom was slippery. It could use some non-slip strips. Thank you for making a first time stay in Henderson a nice one!

Walter Fam Vacay In The Mojave

We visited the LV Strip, the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam, a ghost mine, and road bikes all around Lake Mead. Then, we’d come back home in the evenings to live music, swimming, good food, and relaxation at Lake Las Vegas. This was a phenomenal trip, we loved every bit! Highly recommend!

Cockroaches in unit!

I have stayed here annually for several years and was surprised at the state of the unit I rented this year. Previously it had been elegant and well kept but tis time the furniture is old and damaged, communication was ok until I complained about the huge cockroaches that were in my unit. Management actually did not want to believe me and insisted that such a thing had never happened until I actually had to take a picture of one and send it to them. Something has changed here. The response, after much push back, was to send housekeeping in to spray the unit with Raid which left the place smelling toxic causing us to have to open doors and windows to ventilate with temps in the 50s. The normally friendly and accommodating service is no more and the place is simply run down. I will not be returning. BUYER BEWARE!!

Needs update

Raymond did an outstanding job with communication. Loved the location. Easy access to village and restaurants Condo needs updating and is deceiving from pictures on the website. There is a leak from A/C and the carpet by the kitchen area is wet all the time, on top of that carpet needs a deep cleaning. Need totally repainted. Baseboards need to be repainted. They are marred and scratched badly. The bedrooms were not clean from the dust for months, especially behind the beds. The dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes (outdated), and the dishes and utensils were dirty upon checking in. The pool is very nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful.
