Flats in Las Vegas

'This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.'

'Amazing location and beautiful! I was there for a conference and this location saved me about 15 minutes of walking each way which over 4 days ads up. The accommodations were top notch. Will definitely be staying here again in the future Thanks to the host who communicated with me perfectly before, during and after!'

'I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Bonus is you are right next to Top Golf! '

'The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

'It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too.'

'Best spot i think we couldve got especially for the price. Very clean and awesome veiws. Great staff and a secure location. The best part is the owners of this penthouse very good at communicating and taking care of their tenants. We will be back and book this same room again!!!! This was our wedding/honeymoon and it was perfect!!!!!'

'Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren bei Ankunft alle sauber und die Wohnung/Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Von den anderen Bewohnern im Aparmentkomplex haben wir kaum etwas gehört. Allein die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich.'

'We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.'
