'This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. 'It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too.'

'This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.'

'We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.'

'I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Bonus is you are right next to Top Golf! '

'Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely.'

'The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

'2 bedroom unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet minus the yard crew one morning. Commuication from Luxort was via VRBO only. Loved the shuttle to Horseshoe, but we didn't use it. It is a timeshare so expect to be asked to do a tour in exchange for tickets which we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised. If you want calm and away from hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to enjoy the strip, this is your place. Thank you Grand Desert!'

'Whenever I go to Vegas, I try to stay here. It’s a beautiful property, so close to the strip—walk to everything. Plus a full kitchen and refrigerator.'

'Great stay at Mr. Perry's place. So nice to have a kitchen suite plus balcony for less money that a standard hotel room. Tower 1 is the best, with quick access to the moving sidewalk over to MGM Grand. Was only there 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Communication with Rafael was superior.'

'Ruime appartementen met aparte slaapkamer en keuken. Ook geschikt voor meerdere personen door gebruik van de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Verder weg van de strip, maar goed bereikbaar met auto. Ontbijt kan gebruikt worden in naastgelegen casino (eigen kosten) Redelijke prijs voor tijdens CES.'

'Hele hotel maakte een gedateerde indruk. Beetje uitgeleefd. Afstand tot de strip is te lopen. Ongeveer 2 km. Voor 1 a 2 overnachtingen wel okay. Niet te hoge verwachtingen hebben.'
