'The property itself is beautiful, but management and operations need significant improvement. Aside from the maintenance crew, most staff appeared inadequately trained in both hospitality and operational procedures.'

'On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé. Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce.
