Flats in Lakeland

'Was a great area to be in with food and nice places to walk within walking distance'

'Beautiful and comfortable. Edgar was kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was only missing some mixing bowls for baking!'

'Centrally located in the city, quiet. '

'My family and I booked this property for a couple of days. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well maintained. The linens and towels were immaculate and abundant. We did not have any difficulties communicating with the owner, check in was seamless. For safety reasons, we would suggest dusk to dawn lightening at the entrance. Over all, our stay was pleasant and we look forward to booking this property again when in town!!!!!!'

'The apartment is very nice, closed to Disney World resort, while in a quiet community.'

'Great condo!!!'

'Would 1000 times over stay here than in a hotel!! The location to everything is ideal. You are not in the middle of all the traffic and lime light of tourism but still close enough of a short drive. You have all the convenience unlike a cramped hotel room. The property felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again. '

'We took a pop up 6 day trip to Orlando and reserved this condo last minute. The property was just as advertised in the pictures and the host were extremely helpful during the before and during the visit. 'We decided to take a trip to Florida to go to Disney World and this was an excellent place located close to the parks within about 20 minutes driving distance. The place was very clean the beds were comfortable and it was just perfect for what we needed!'

'Mickie was such a pleasure as a host. You need something, you got it.. no wait time. Comfy cozy place to unwind and breathe. Close to Bok tower which is why we went. Sleepy town which was a pleasure. Beautiful lake and walking path and gorgeous sunsets. Can't wait to go back once pool area is done! Definitely a room worth a beautiful view'

'The property was perfect! Matched the description right on. Julie was great at communicating with us. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit our daughter. Thanks Julie'

'Great spot for our trip to the theme parks. Not too close and not too far. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable and the host very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Misleading property description and unresponsive property management company. They stay could have been nice had they properly managed the property and taken care of major pre-existing issues. Note that it will take you around 30 minutes to get to the Disney parks not 15 minutes. Immediately upon entry, you are hit with damp conditions and strong musty odor. Tried to resolve by turning on the A/C and ceiling fans. Multiple follow-ups with the property management for a resolution was futile....
