Flats in Lake Wales

'My family and I booked this property for a couple of days. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well maintained. The linens and towels were immaculate and abundant. We did not have any difficulties communicating with the owner, check in was seamless. For safety reasons, we would suggest dusk to dawn lightening at the entrance. Over all, our stay was pleasant and we look forward to booking this property again when in town!!!!!!'

'We didn't go to the pool but it looked really nice and they had a water umbrella for little kids. We didn't use it but there was a golf course across from the property.It was close to many dining places and we liked them all! They had Jersey Mikes, Chillis, McDonald's, two pizza places, a Red Robin, Long Horne, Texas Road House. All with in less than 2 miles.It was very close to Disney and we had no traffic when we went to Disney Springs and it was free parking.The host did call to ask how...

'The property itself and the property manager were both very good. I wish I could give a full 5-star review, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working the first night, and it was extremely hot, which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, it was repaired the next day, but I do feel that when paying full price, guests should receive full service without issues like this.'

'Well they forgot to service the room trash was in room,sheets ,towels not clean,fridge had things in it but after the young lady cleaned it everything was ok things happen but hopefully not on a continuous basis'
