'We had a great stay for 11 days here. House was clean; had everything we needed and we loved the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the kayaks, sounds of the Coqui frogs, and iguanas in the backyard. We enjoyed going to Rincon and its beaches (about 15min.), Cabo Rojo and the bioluminescent bay (about one hour each) and Finca La Providencia for a tour of their cocoa farm (about 20 min.). I do feel it’s important to give an honest review of the property, as the home itself was not quite what we expected based on the listing.The house is actually divided into two separate apartments. The first-floor apartment is in noticeably better condition than the second floor. The pool could have been cleaner, and while the bedrooms have A/C, the living room and kitchen areas do not. 'Villa Primavera was a beautiful getaway! The serene and private location make it incredibly romantic, but being in proximity to Rincón makes it an excellent destination with plenty to do. We would easily recommend this property!'
