  • Geniet van de Laguna Beach Lifestyle in dit mooie, gezellige serene huisje op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand, prachtige restaurants, coffeeshops evenals geweldige winkels ... Een kort blok en je bent op het strand van Halfway Rock, een van de beste stranden in Laguna vanwege de kleine drukte en de toegankelijkheid. Alles is op loopafstand, boodschappen etc ... De locatie is onverslaanbaar!

    Dit huisje heeft twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, Master badkamer is net gerenoveerd, grote douche in tweede badkamer, gloednieuwe complete keuken met vaatwasser. Gloednieuwe Smart T. V. Gratis Hi-Speed draadloze internettoegang. Games voor kinderen, strandstoelen, handdoeken, strandspeelgoed en een paraplu. Gezellige comfortabele voor- en achtertuin. Privaat. Serre met een schommel en een zithoek om te zitten en te ontspannen.

    Nieuw meubilair, nieuw beddengoed, nieuwe Tempurpedic-bedden! Dit huis is schoon, schoon schoon!

    Geweldige locatie met wandel- en trolleyafstand tot tonnen restaurants, kunstgalerijen, Main Beach evenals de beroemde Pageant of the Masters en het Sawdust Festival (alleen in de zomermaanden, controleer op datums)

    De gratis trolley (zomermaanden) in minder dan 30 seconden lopen en komt elke 15 minuten! Loop nog een minuut en je bent op het strand !!

    Het huis is gelegen in de dorpsgebieden van Laguna Beach off van Mountain Avenue (voor degenen onder u die de omgeving kennen!) De locatie is ideaal, met alles wat u nodig heeft in de buurt. Er zijn meer dan 30 informele tot luxe restaurants, boetieks en kunstgalerijen binnen een wandeling van vijf minuten. Historisch San Juan Capistrano ligt vier mijl ten oosten. Catalina Island ligt op 1 uur varen met de veerboot van onze haven. Newport Beach en het beroemde mode-eiland liggen op 15 minuten ten noorden.

We had a lovely stay at this sea cottage. It was bright, clean, spacious, and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The sunroom was a nice touch too, we spent a lot of our down time in there. Carmen was the best host and was very responsive and proactive in communicating anything we may need. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful property. Beach is a block away as are shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with plenty of seating inside and out. Beautifully maintained. Great communication with host. Be sure to grab an ice cream and sit on the benches at Woodland and watch the sunset.

Sweet Sea Cottage!

We loved staying at the Sea Cottage! Accommodations were perfect! The owner made the process super easy. The location fit what we like… an easy and short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants and art galleries, yet we weren’t in the heart of traffic congestion or noise. We would definitely stay there again!

Love the beach cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The neighborhood is amazing - so much within walking distance. And the house was very well kept and the owner was great at communicating with us whenever a question or anything arose. Can't recommend it highly enough - we hope to return!

Sweet Cottage Great Location

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful Laguna beach cottage. Short walk to Mountain Beach where we went daily. Great shops and restaurants all around and very close to the trolley spot to hop on to go downtown. Hostess was great with very clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in this lovely cottage. The location is perfect! 2 mins to the beach and the many shops. The cottage itself was full of character, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Carmen was a great host - communication was excellent and she was very friendly. Wonderful Historical Cottage

This historical cottage has loads of charm and is centrally located. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and attractively decorated. The enclosed back patio offered a private, partially shaded outdoor space in which to relax and enjoy the great weather. The owner was helpful and responsive. Can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Laguna Beach.

Our stay at the Sea Cottage in Laguna was a dream! The house was exactly as pictured and our family had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed and was walking distance from the beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking space provided worked great for our small SUV. We started each day with a walk along PCH and the beach and ended each night with a cozy fire. Can’t wait to book the cottage again for our next trip to Laguna!

Perfect for a beach getaway

We loved this property and hope to return for a future trip. You can’t beat the location. We were able to easily walk everywhere and enjoyed being at the house when we were there. The back yard space was a perfect place for our 4 year old son to play. Carmen was very kind and helpful and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Wonderful beach cottage

This was a perfect location for a birthday getaway for my daughter and me. Easy beach access, nice neighborhood. Brick patio with picnic table was perfect for outdoor breakfast. We also loved the glassed in area in the front for reading. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. You will love it! We would gladly stay there again!

Cozy Beach Cottage

We had so much fun at this darling cottage! Location is perfect and a few steps to great shopping and restaurants. Thank you to Carmen for her restaurant recommendations. Our family from Mission Viejo met us on the rooftop of La Casa Del Camino for great food and together we watched the sun set. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sun room for morning coffee and the outdoor patio for happy hour. This quiet cottage was a lovely place to come home to during our vacation.
