'I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..'

When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe.
