Wow! What an amazing property and host! The view is incredible. Just a short walk on the property to a wonderful, pretty much private beach. And the pool...what a great way to spend a lazy day lounging by the pool, jump in, repeat. There is a grocery store a couple miles up the road. Its not Walmart but very respectable selection. There are restaurants nearby. Don't miss Country Eats! You have to Whatsapp and order your meal the day b4 but it is wonderful. The home is clean with a well supplied kitchen. And the property manager....We were a bit turned around getting there and Noelissa was ready to get in her car and lead us home. All in all a wonderful vacation and experience! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

The entire house is incredible, making it hard to even want to explore the island. The private beach next to the house was gorgeous. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Everything was so great that I can say my only complaint is not having enough time at the house.

The Three Palms Villa is a stunningly beautiful location. The gardens in the front and the views from the back will take your breath away. The interior is spacious and well equipped. All appliances and AC worked well and we were very comfortable. Even though there are 2 other homes next to this one you still feel absolutely secluded. 5 stars for all of that.The only problem we came across has been mentioned before so we expected the decking to be in need of total replacement. Bring sandals or something to protect your feet when by the pool or outside dining areas. Noelissa was very helpful with pre-planning and info for where to get supplies. Remember you are in a less touristy part of the island and the area does not cater to your needs. Stores close early, restaurants are closed some days and might not deliver. There is no actual Uber and the roads are not the most inviting.But if peace and quiet and solitude is what you want it would be difficult to beat this property.Thanks John, Noelissa and Manley.

This holiday let is by far the best we have stayed in. It has the most incredible views and sunsets. It is really comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Noelissa and Manly are really helpful, full of advice and information. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, as well as the swimming pool. We stayed here for 9 nights before moving up North to a resort however, I wish we had just stayed here for the full 2 weeks. There are loads of activities to do in the area and it was very handy for food shops with two nearby. There are plenty of local restaurants to try. I can't fault it and would love to visit again.

Quiet, beautiful location

Three Palms was perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay for our family of five. The rooms were nice and spacious and the views from the property and outdoor space were unbelievable! Noelissa, the house manager, was extremely helpful and responsive, with the home being quiet and for the most part, private. We enjoyed visiting the town of Laborie and found it super convenient to have the Massy grocery store so close by. We did rent a car, which we recommend for getting to and from this location. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

June Stay

This property is AMAZING! It is completely private and it was totally serene. As others have mentioned, there is some wear and tear here and there but you won’t even notice as you’ll be too distracted by the beautiful cliff, beach and mountain views. The pool was tremendous and SO fun to swim in at night. Noelissa was tremendously helpful and responsive even going above and beyond getting us back something we had left at the property. From beginning to end, this was a wildly enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend it. I’d also recommend getting a car if you’re comfortable. The Pitons and other attractions are around 20-30 minutes away and to me, it was always a really fun drive!

10 yr anniversary trip

Property was amazing and the privacy was unbeatable! We loved the privacy on the beach and the seclusion from the world. We were 30 min from almost all the destinations we experienced. Great location and a supermarket close by. We will be coming back! Thanks for the experience!

Spectacular

The property has the most incredible views of the Pitons, cliffs, ocean, and black sand beach. I wasn't sure if it was actually black sand, but it is completely black. We learned at the Sulpher Springs museum that side of the island collapsed after the volcano, providing that sand for the beach, so it is a special experience to have access to that. I would not recommend swimming in that location. It is very rough and seems like a pretty significant current would be there - FYI. The location is in more of a farming area with less tourist, so access to shopping or services is limited. My son was sick when we arrived Friday afternoon and it sounded like we would not have access to a doctor until Monday. We could have driven to View Fort easily if we needed to, but something to be aware of. The villa has beautiful indoor/outdoor shower options and the fixtures are modern. I would say the floors have a lot of wear and some of the doors are hard to open. Hot water heater gave us some issues while we were there. When we arrived, they had the fridge stocked with some necessities like juice, milk, water, cheese, etc. It was very nice. Mostly a spectacular experience!

Switchback roads in Paradise

St. Lucia is beyond beautiful - the switchback roadways were nauseating, but worthwhile! The people on the Island were Fabulous - I must recommend “Bananas” in Laborie!! The Chef did it up right!! The drive to Soufriere was “barf” - but again, worth it - the local beach was gorgeous sitting just beneath the Piton - the locals were inviting - you never know what you’re going to encounter, THIS was amazing! “You buy a beer, you get the chair” as 1 local said to our group of 4! Thank you John, for allowing us to stay at your lovely property - we enjoyed it sooooo much!!

Good Vibes at the 3 Palms

What an amazing location! Situated on a rocky outcrop above 180 sea views with access to your own private beach. What more could you ask for? The house is wonderful with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. The pool and outdoor patio worked wonderfully for outdoor living and dining. Close to the grocery store and only 25 to 30 minutes to amazing hikes and beaches. An ideal location for a family holiday with a resort like feel.

Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay at Three Palms Villa. It was so great having the place to ourselves and we felt very secure. The great: Hosts John and Noelissa were easy to deal with. Quick to respond and get back to us on any questions. Beach was gorgeous. Water was too rough for us to swim but the Villa provides an umbrella and camper chairs. Easy hike to access. Best spot is out on the point. We had our coffee there daily and loved the sounds, breeze and view. Pool was great to relax in and ample amount of loungers and umbrellas. Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry access is great and Noelissa even provided some basics for both to help our stay. Well stocked grocery store only 3 min drive away. Great gallery nearby too. Stuff to work on: Villa is a bit tired and dated. The deck was being re-stained so it was quite grey and some boards were showing their wear. Didn’t impact our trip but wanted to be transparent. Bed was uncomfortable for both of us - very thin mattress. Our biggest issue was the outdoor camera. It was online and moved and we felt uncomfortable outside while it faced us. I would suggest full disclosure by host and maybe only have it active at night. All that said, we really did enjoy your relaxing time at the Villa. You’ll love the view, amenities and the extras available.

perfect getaway

if you like peace and quite this is the spot. the views are amazing. going to sleep listening to the waves crash...priceless. the property is not perfect but who cares. its small stuff... the floors and the deck need to be updated. and the exterior could use a pressure wash. but the house was great. We loved our stay and did not want to leave.

Amazing honeymoon!

The villa was amazing- with stunning views and an awesome pool. Noel, the property manager was most helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our transportation needs and dinner ideas. The fridge was stocked and toiletry items provided. The driver who picked us up from the airport stopped at the supermarket, so we could purchase some food. We felt safe and at home, and we hope to return soon with friends. We truly felt like we were in paradise!

Amazing views

The property is beautiful as is the pool. There are different outside areas to enjoy the amazing views. The semi private beach was a short walk away. The deck could use a few boards replaced but it didn’t deter from our stay. The property manager, Noelissa, was always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. She recommended Randy of St. Lucia Travel and Tours for all our excursion needs and he was great as well. Overall this was an amazing stay.

Awesome property

We loved the property, the location was perfect. Great sunsets, got to see a “green flash” for the first time. Grocery store nearby, close to the airport.Noelissa was wonderful in every way!The property needs some minor maintenance in a few areas. The deck does need a lot of work.The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you could need, including lots of spices. Overall this is a great villa for a Saint Lucia vacation.

Great Location

Location was great. Little remote, but that's what we wanted. We were glad we had a car. Just an FYI, most of the grocery stores in the southern part close at 1pm on Sundays. It was also interesting to find a restaurant on Sunday night. Traffic can be crazy depending on the time of the day. Going for a run was interesting. I felt like I was in the video game "Frogger" trying to dodge the traffic. Views at the villa were fantastic. We spent alot of time by the pool. Thanks for letting us stay.

Nice secluded

The villa is setup nice with everything you need. Access to the beach is good, but it is a little walk. Very quite beach with little activity. Everything has a key lock, and they're all different. You only get one set of keys, which is a problem if there is more than one couple who are doing different things. The driveway has a gate, the front door, the beach access, all have gates with different keys. This could easily be fixed with combination locks. Pool is nice, but I wish you could turn the pool light off at night to make star gazing better. Recommend wearing shoes on the deck as there are many worn and warped boards with screws sticking up. AC works amazing, and the appliances all suited us well. Overall I would stay again and recommend to anyone. The views are second to none. great place to enjoy a Piton beer and watch the sun go down.

Fabulous Accommodations

Three Palms is a lovely, spacious home with wonderful accommodations. We arrived late afternoon to the sound of the tree frogs, one of my favorite sounds! We cooked a full turkey dinner for our British friend on Christmas Day, and made many meals while there in the well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. We loved the fact that at any time of the day one could sit outdoors and still be in the shade. We saw rainbows most every morning, saw views of Gros Piton and St. Vincent, and had tropical mockingbirds, grey kingbirds and bullfinches for company. Noelissa, the property manager, was immediately available if we had any questions. We felt very safe at this property, and loved that it was not far from Laborie, Soufriere, and Vieux Fort. We highly recommend Three Palms.

Just OK

The pool and ocean front setting were great. The house is in poor shape. It took over a day for the a/c to cool the house off. We had multiple issues with the electric. We spent the first couple days flipping breakers in order to keep both a/c and lights going. The deck is dangerous, many warped boards. I wouldn’t recommend this home and won’t be back.

Wonderful stay in St. Lucia

We loved our stay at 3 Palms Villa. The house manager, Dani. Was outstanding and knew so much about the island. There were 4 of us including 2 young adult children. We loved the pool and private beach. The house was very comfortable. We spent 6 day and alternated between days at the villa And days exploring the island. We would highly recommend 3 palms Villa to anyone who wants to visit st. Lucia but avoid the crowds of the resorts to the north. Laborie has wonderful restaurants and we loved cooking at the villa.
